DELIVERY & RETURN

Please review below carefully before purchasing

All items are made to order. 

Current processing time prior to shipment for is 1-2 BUSINESS days. This means your order will be printed and dropped off to USPS, this does not include the time USPS needs to deliver your package.

Being the nature of the business is handmade items, occasionally orders are subject to delays. We do our very best to get all orders out on time!

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link. 

Orders ship via USPS first class mail and typically arrive within the US in 3-7 business days. All orders with 4 or more items are sent USPS priority mail (2-4 day)

Damaged/Lost Items

We are NOT responsible for damaged, late or lost items, once delivered to provided address.  If you would like to purchase insurance, please do so at checkout

If you would like to retrieve your money back for a damages or lost item, please use your tracking number at USPS.com to file a claim.

We do not take personal liability for returned packages. If a package is returned to our office for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-shipment. If failure to pay for re-shipment, the item will be held at our office until claimed. 

Returns + cancellations:

Being that all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

Cancellations:

You have a 3 hour window from the time you pay for your order to cancel your order.  We do not grant cancellations after 3 hours. Once your order is placed, it is FINAL.

 

Refunds will NOT be granted based on inability to read the size guide, or for shipping/processing time guidelines.
